Easton Elementary School Philosophy

Easton Elementary School seeks to prepare each child for success.  In a safe, caring, atmosphere, the Easton program promotes academics, technology, and social responsibility for future citizens.

Easton Elementary School Policies

Uniforms

Easton Elementary School is a uniformed school and we expect all children shall be dressed in uniforms.

Uniform colors are plain Carolina blue shirts and plain navy blue bottoms.

We have been very pleased with our uniform code.  Our children look so good!  We feel dressing alike has helped to create a “team” spirit at Easton Elementary School.  It has improved student self-esteem and behavior.

Tuesday through Friday are UNIFORM DAYS.  Dress shoes are not required, but belts are required.  Trousers must be worn above the hips!  We thank you in advance for adhering to the dress code.

Some examples of prohibited dress or appearance include, but are not limited to the following:

• Clothing that contains advertisements of  tobacco, alcohol, or drugs; pictures or graphics of nudity; words that are profane, lewd, vulgar, or indecent
• Halter or bare midriff tops
• Spaghetti straps or tank tops
• Strapless shirts or tube tops
• Bare feet
• Short shorts or skirts
• Pants, slacks, or jeans that sag below waist
• Hats, caps, or bandanas (unless the headgear is based on a sincerely held religious belief or practice)
